My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, process oriented, and rooted in the belief that you are your greatest resource. We often receive messaging and experience hurt as we grow up that can teach us overtime to disconnect from and distrust our instincts. Rather than tell you what to do next, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself and learning how to listen to, nurture, and trust your inner voice and internal wisdom. I offer a nonjudgmental space using curiosity, warmth, and compassion to support you in your process. I incorporate evidence-based practices alongside creative therapeutic interventions in order to individualize the therapeutic process to your unique needs.

My personal healing journey has been filled with a variety of practices & connections. Alongside therapy, my healing has been greatly influenced by movement, nature, creativity, and spiritual practices. I believe in a holistic model of healing and know that people access themselves and find meaning through varying avenues.

I encourage my clients to engage in practices that facilitate healing alongside the therapeutic process taking place within the therapy room.
