I believe that a strong trusting relationship between provider and client is the cornerstone of effective therapy.
I approach the therapeutic relationship as my true self, bringing the fullness of who I am to our work. I treasure authentic interactions and will always be present to share a laugh or sit with you for a much needed cry. I offer a nonjudgemental and compassionate space to explore, process, and ultimately find healing and peace.
I was born and raised in Oklahoma and have had the great privilege to live in cities across the United States. I spent my college years on the east coast and have lived my adult years on the west coast. Today, I am lucky to call The Eastern Sierra home. Living in various places across the country has allowed me to make connections and build relationships with people from different backgrounds and diverse value systems. I am grateful for the perspective moving has offered me and it has been influential in shaping who I am, how I see the world, and how I practice.
Outside of the therapy room you can find me playing outside in the mountains, cooking a fun recipe, or traveling to explore a new city.

I Earned my Masters of Social Welfare from University of California, Berkeley. I have worked in various communities throughout California working with adults, adolescents, and children in community based mental health settings. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma and are attempting to understand the ways it is impacting them. I also specialize in supporting people who are navigating life transitions, exploring relational patterns, and suffering from anxiety & depression.
Alongside my education and mental health experience I have a deep love for and commitment to a personal movement practice. It is my belief that our body and mind are inextricably connected. For me, movement has included a consistent yoga practice, moving through the mountains on foot, skis, or a bike, and honoring my body as an integral piece to healing and fullness. This belief informs my approach to mental health, holistic healing & well-being.
